Wash at 60 °C. White damask products can be washed at 95 °C.
Unfold product before washing and avoid overfilling the washing machine.
Stretch the product while wet.
We recommend line-drying, it gives a smoother result and it is better for the environment.
Always observe the washing instructions provided on the product. Wash at 60°C opens the cotton yarns and it becomes clean. Many people think that washing the tablecloth at 40 °C will make the product last longer, but the products are made for high temperature.
For a smoother table runner, we recommend washing it at a low spin speed – max. 600-800 rpm. Hang to dry and iron it while it is still slightly damp.

Beautiful table runner with iconic motif celebrating Christmas as the season of goodwill, a celebrated signature design in the damask collection. The runner can be placed directly on the table or over a white damask tablecloth for a more formal look – and it is now available in the most gorgeous of greys.
In Winter Grey, the table runner takes on an especially elegant look when the muted grey tones of the winter sky meet in the iconic design. The shade forms an ideal backdrop for Christmas ornaments of various shapes and shades, from natural materials, snow-white tones and golden brass to this year’s trending colours. Matching napkins complete the look.
The table runner’s motif was designed by Bodil Bødtker-Næss, who was in the inner circle of textile artists around Georg Jensen in the 1970s and who was also the artist responsible for the classic Easter design from the same period. The braided Christmas hearts and stylised spruce twigs have represented the quintessence of Christmas spirit for more than 40 years, and the design is an indispensable part of Christmas in many homes.
