Wash at 60 °C. White damask products can be washed at 95 °C.

Unfold product before washing and avoid overfilling the washing machine.
Stretch the product while wet.
We recommend line-drying, it gives a smoother result and it is better for the environment.
Always observe the washing instructions provided on the product. Wash at 60°C opens the cotton yarns and it becomes clean. Many people think that washing the tablecloth at 40 °C will make the product last longer, but the products are made for high temperature.
Choose tablecloth size: We recommend 20 to 25 cm drop to get the most beautiful look. For example if you have a table of 1 x 2 m vi recommend that the size of the tablecloth is 140 x 240 cm.
Tip: For a smoother tablecloth, we recommend washing it at a low spin speed – max. 600-800 rpm. Then hang the tablecloth to drip dry and iron while still damp.

In many families, our iconic Christmas tablecloth has become an indispensable part of the holiday season. The charming pleated Christmas hearts motif makes the CHRISTMAS TABLECLOTH a nostalgic signature design in the damask collection. This is an exclusive tablecloth to grow up with and pass on to the next generation.
The Copenhagen colour gives the CHRISTMAS TABLECLOTH a very special appearance. Inspired by old Copenhagen gates and benches, the deep green lends the tablecloth a highly evocative quality. The colour creates a special Yuletide ambience – just like in the old days.
THE CHRISTMAS TABLECLOTH in green forms a beautiful backdrop for the festive Yuletide table set with fine tableware, red flowers or berries and spruce. Matching cloth napkins complete the look.
The tablecloth’s motif was designed by Bodil Bødtker-Næss, who was in the inner circle of textile artists around Georg Jensen in the 1970s and who was also the artist responsible for the classic Easter design from the same period. The pleated Christmas hearts and stylised spruce twigs have represented the quintessence of Danish Christmas spirit for more than 45 years, and the design is an indispensable part of Christmas in many homes.
