Good advice
Unfold product before washing and avoid overfilling the washing machine.
You can tumble dry the product, but we recommend line-drying, it gives a smoother result and it is better for the environment.
The first times you wash your bed linen it will crinkle a bit, but it will straighten out gradually the more you use it.
If you want a smooth and glossy look, ironing is recommended.
Description
Design: Andreas Engesvik
A classic envelope pillowcase featuring the ENGESVIK pattern offers a design that will complement any personal style and any kind of bedroom decor. ENGESVIK is for those who are a little more daring, as the hand-drawn line leads your thoughts to the fun, the imperfect and the human. The complete look can be achieved with a full set of bed linen and a matching sheet.
The Navy Blazer colour gives the pillowcase a particular elegance, which contributes a sophisticated look. The deep blue shades meet in a perfect colour palette that conjures up images of the whimsical night sky. In combination with the hand-drawn design, this creates an aesthetic and complete look, which instills calm.
The Norwegian designer Andreas Engesvik is behind the ENGESVIK design. The hand-drawn pattern was created in close collaboration with Georg Jensen Damask, and pays homage to the idea of a simple life. The lines are woven into the bed linen with a thread that is slightly lighter than the background colour, which is a complicated affair when the weave must imitate the uneven pressure of the pencil. The result is a pattern with a graphic delicacy and an inherent humanity – finding perfection in the imperfect.
Add more pillows to the bed to create a luxurious look in your bedroom – just like classic, elegant hotel decor. Mix and match your favourite designs and colours and create a cosy atmosphere in your bedroom.
A sheet by Georg Jensen Damask in a solid canvas weave completes the look.
