A heavy table runner in an elegant herringbone weave and the most beautiful green colour. The table runner is woven in cotton and rests solidly on the table. Suitable for a cosy, informal and rustic decoration, preferably along with the honeycombed linen cloths that are also great as napkins for everyday use.

In Jade Green, the jade green nuances complete each other in the heavy herringbone weave of the table runner and invite the colours of nature and harmony inside. A beautiful touch of colour that lights up around the dining table and pleases the eye.

The HERRINGBONE table runner was designed by our own design team, with a focus on functionality, quality and beauty. These are characteristics and values that have been the trademarks of Georg Jensen Damask for centuries. The herringbone weave gets extra character from the beautiful green border, and the hues are closely tuned so that the table runner can easily be combined with the linen cloths in the collection.

The HERRINGBONE design is also available as place mats.

The HERRINGBONE design is also available as place mats.

About HERRINGBONE placemats and runners:
  • Woven in 100% cotton.

  • The size of the runner is 44x150 cm.

  • Wash at 60°C.

Good advice:
  • We recommend that you fold out the product completely before washing and avoid overfilling the machine. The product can be ironed after washing.

  • We recommend that both placemats and runners be hung up to dry, as this gives a smoother result and is better for the environment.

  • The product can be ironed in a slightly moist condition or with steam.

About Damask

Georg Jensen Damask is a culture bearer within Danish design tradition as well as the history of craft. Our history is built on proud weaving traditions since 1756, but members of the family behind Georg Jensen Damask have been weavers all the way back to the 1500s.  The weaving is based on a classic design with a focus on functionality and quality both back then and today.

Throughout times we have worked together with some of the most acknowledged weavers, designers and architects, for example Arne Jacobsen, Cecilie Manz, Andreas Engesvik, Margrethe Odgaard and Nanna Ditzel. Furthermore, we have been involved in several projects with the Royal Danish Court and we are proud to call ourselves Purveyor to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark.
