Design OLDER Paris

Timeless bed linen that dresses the duvet and the pillow in a uniform with inspiration from the classic striped shirt and the world of fashion. True to the shirt image, buttons covered in white cotton thread are used to keep the duvet and pillow neatly in place inside their covers.

Wine is a luxurious combination of stripes in blue, burgundy and white that lends a warm expression to the bedroom reminiscent of an elegant, exclusive hotel. A real treat for all your senses with the white buttons as a beautiful detail.

OLDER was created by the design duo of Morten Thuesen (Denmark) and Letizia Caramia (Italy), who have a background in international fashion. Since 2013, they have designed uniforms for high-end restaurants, hotels and gourmet universes all over the world from their base in Paris. The classic uniform design of OLDER PARIS and its underlying values of quality, functionality and a durable design expression are subtly translated into the exclusive bed linen, which sets new standards for bedroom textiles.

OLDER bed linen comes in several colour combinations. A sheet from Georg Jensen Damask in a hardwearing linen weave completes the expression.

About Damask

Georg Jensen Damask is a culture bearer within Danish design tradition as well as the history of craft. Our history is built on proud weaving traditions since 1756, but members of the family behind Georg Jensen Damask have been weavers all the way back to the 1500s.  The weaving is based on a classic design with a focus on functionality and quality both back then and today.

Throughout times we have worked together with some of the most acknowledged weavers, designers and architects, for example Arne Jacobsen, Cecilie Manz, Andreas Engesvik, Margrethe Odgaard and Nanna Ditzel. Furthermore, we have been involved in several projects with the Royal Danish Court and we are proud to call ourselves Purveyor to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark.
