Design Georg Jensen Damask

This is an exclusive dark grey sheet for double beds. Produced in 100% canvas woven cotton. This sheet is soft and comfortable everyday luxury for aiding a good night’s sleep. The sheet looks elegant in the bedroom, as it always lies nicely on the bed.

Quality and functionality have been at the heart of Georg Jensen Damask’s values for centuries. The canvas weaving ensures a high degree of durability and we only use cotton yarns of the finest quality. The yarn is dyed prior to the actual weaving in order to achieve optimal colour stability, which means that the sheet still looks beautiful on a double bed no matter how many times it’s washed.

A dark grey sheet brings a sophisticated form of weight to the bedroom. The colour matches the Dark Grey TRIPP bed linen, but also looks beautiful when combined with the Zinc WINDMILLS bed linen, the FACET bed linen in Quartz and the GRID bed linen in Jade Green or Oyster Grey. This dark grey sheet is also a gorgeous contrast to the white designs in our collection.

The standard flat sheet in dark grey is also available for single beds. In addition, fitted sheets for box mattresses and envelope sheets for mattress toppers are available in several standard sizes in the same high quality and gorgeous grey colour.

About Damask

Georg Jensen Damask is a culture bearer within Danish design tradition as well as the history of craft. Our history is built on proud weaving traditions since 1756, but members of the family behind Georg Jensen Damask have been weavers all the way back to the 1500s.  The weaving is based on a classic design with a focus on functionality and quality both back then and today.

Throughout times we have worked together with some of the most acknowledged weavers, designers and architects, for example Arne Jacobsen, Cecilie Manz, Andreas Engesvik, Margrethe Odgaard and Nanna Ditzel. Furthermore, we have been involved in several projects with the Royal Danish Court and we are proud to call ourselves Purveyor to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark.
