SOLID tablecloth Winetasting

EUR 94.00

   In stock
A beautiful plain weave cotton canvas in amazingly strong quality and a refined shade of burgundy. SOLID is intended for everyday use on a well-set table, where the quality of the weave must be solid – hence its name. But this tablecloth is also suitable for creating contrast and character in a more elegant table setting.

The mottled weave lends a lovely effect to the tablecloth, and its gorgeous burgundy colour, Winetasting, is reminiscent of wine’s sensory universe. The design is classic as well as elegant, thanks to the simple stripe and together with its uncompromising craftsmanship it makes SOLID an everyday tablecloth in a class of its own. The cloth is available in timeless Navy and appealing Army Green. Cloth napkins in a contrasting colour will emphasise the unique design.

The tablecloth was designed by our own design team, with a focus on functionality, quality and beauty. These are characteristics and values which have been the trademarks of Georg Jensen Damask for centuries. This is a tablecloth made for cosy moments outdoors, but which also looks great indoors.

Customisation of this tablecloth is not possible.

About Damask

Georg Jensen Damask is a culture bearer within Danish design tradition as well as the history of craft. Our history is built on proud weaving traditions since 1756, but members of the family behind Georg Jensen Damask have been weavers all the way back to the 1500s.  The weaving is based on a classic design with a focus on functionality and quality both back then and today.

Throughout times we have worked together with some of the most acknowledged weavers, designers and architects, for example Arne Jacobsen, Cecilie Manz, Andreas Engesvik, Margrethe Odgaard and Nanna Ditzel. Furthermore, we have been involved in several projects with the Royal Danish Court and we are proud to call ourselves Purveyor to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark.
