Becker 63 is a classic tea towel featuring a checkered design, created from panels of varying widths and colors. This elegant, graphic tea towel was designed in 1963 by weaver and designer John Becker. It is woven from a combination of 50% linen and 50% cotton, providing excellent absorbency. The clear blue-green color, Deep Glass, is inspired by the color of raw glass.
The Becker 63 tea towel is available in many colors and looks beautiful on its own or alongside other tea towels or kitchen towels.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product is recommended to be hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
