Comet is a classic tea towel with stripes in green shades. It is woven from a blend of cotton and linen, providing excellent drying properties.
Comet was designed by weaver and textile engineer Bent Georg Jensen, who led Georg Jensen Damask for many years and was the driving force behind the design development of the time.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product is recommended to be hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
