Description

Duck down pillow filled with airy and breathable Class 1 duck down. The pillow’s cover is satin-woven from strong cotton yarns, making it both soft and durable. The pillow has a standard medium height and is constructed with three separate chambers to provide optimal support and comfort.

The duck down pillow carries Georg Jensen Damask’s iconic logo as a discreet embroidery – a symbol of quality and meticulous craftsmanship.

The pillow is certified with Downpass, Oeko-Tex and Nomite. Downpass ensures that the down is collected in an ethically responsible manner with full traceability, while Oeko-Tex means the pillow is free from harmful substances. The Nomite certification makes the pillow suitable for people with house dust mite allergies, as they cannot penetrate the finely woven cover.

The duck down pillow comes in a bag that is perfectly suited for storage.

Wash & care

Wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
Dry in a tumble dryer.
Wash and dry in machines with a capacity of at least 7 kg.
Air and brush the pillow; do not beat or vacuum.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a certification for textiles tested to be free of harmful substances. It sets the standard for textile safety from yarn to finished product. Each product bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified and has passed safety tests for harmful substances.
This means the certified textile is not harmful to human health. Every thread, button, and accessory is tested against a list of over 1,000 potentially harmful substances. The more intense the skin contact, the stricter the human ecology requirements and laboratory tests.
Nomite
The NOMITE label certifies that this product is suitable for individuals with dust mite allergies. Feather- and down-filled bedding creates a warm and climate-friendly environment for people (heat builds up quickly while sleeping, and moisture is rapidly released when aired out), but it is an unfavorable environment for moisture-dependent dust mites. The feather- and down-tight fabric provides extra protection, as dust mites cannot penetrate it. Thus, allergy and asthma sufferers don’t have to compromise on the natural comfort of feather and down bedding, a benefit supported by scientific studies.

Products certified by Downpass contain only ethically sourced down and feathers from controlled and traceable supply chains. High standards of animal welfare are upheld, ensuring that down and feathers are not plucked from live or force-fed animals.
