Becker 63 is a classic tea towel featuring a check pattern created by lines and blocks in the Sage Green colourway with green and sand-coloured shades. This elegant and graphic tea towel was designed in 1963 by weaver and designer John Becker. It is woven from a blend of 50% linen and 50% cotton, providing excellent drying properties.
The Becker 63 tea towel is available in a wide range of colours and is beautiful both on its own and combined with other tea towels or kitchen towels.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60 °C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product is recommended to be hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
