The Supima Stripe 1979 pillowcase in the colour Faded Blue is blue with white stripes. The design is taken from the Georg Jensen Damask archives and is a further development of a striped design created by Bent Georg Jensen in 1979.
The bed linen set is woven from Supima cotton, which is the finest quality of Pima cotton, classified as Superior Pima. Supima accounts for only about 1% of the world's total cotton production and is known for its extraordinarily long and supple fibres. These long fibres are spun into a strong yet soft yarn that together with the fine percale weave, creates an exceptionally soft, smooth and durable surface. The result is bed linen that is both lightweight and dimensionally stable.
The pillowcase has an envelope closure.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible. White bed linen can be washed at 95°C.
- We recommend that you unfold the product fully before washing it and avoid overfilling the washing machine. After washing, gently stretch the product into shape.
- The product can be tumble dried, but we recommend hang drying for a smoother result.
- You may find that your bed linen has some creases the first few times you wash it, but over time it will become smoother with use.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
