Summer edition of the classic, striped Comet tea towel. In the colour Grass Green, the slim green stripes are combined with stripes in Coral Pink. Comet is beautiful both on its own and in combination with the summer editions of the Becker 63 tea towel and the Core kitchen towel. The tea towel is woven in a blend of cotton and linen, providing optimal drying properties.
Comet is designed by weaver and textile engineer Bent Georg Jensen, who for many years was at the forefront of Georg Jensen Damask and a driving force in the design development at the time.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about 24 hours. This will straighten out the fibres and ensure effective absorbency from the start.
- For a smoother result, unfold the product completely before soaking and washing and avoid overfilling the machine.
- The product is recommended to be hung to dry.
- We recommend ironing for a smooth and satiny look.
