The Damask Terry bath towel has a simple look with the iconic Georg Jensen Damask logo woven in as an elegant detail. The clear, green-blue shade, Glass Green, is inspired by the color of raw glass.
The terry towel is jacquard-woven from 100% cotton with loops of double-twisted and combed yarns, making it soft, durable, and glossy.
Damask Terry is also available as a hand towel, guest towel, washcloth, and bath mat.
Wash & care
- Wash at 60°C.
- When washing coloured products, we recommend using a laundry detergent developed for coloured textiles and without bleach, to preserve the colours in the best way possible. White terry towel products can be washed at temperatures of up to 95°C.
- Before using the product for the first time, we recommend that you unfold it completely, soak it in cold water for about 1 hour and wash it at 60°C. This will ensure the loops expand and thus minimise the risk of snagging.
- If a thread begins to pull or snag, simply remove the thread with a pair of scissors. The weave is so tight that it will not unravel, but will hold by itself.
- We recommend tumble drying for soft, fluffy towels. Avoid overfilling the washing machine and tumble dryer to allow the product to move freely and shed excess fibres.
